Dear Team, I have booked the hotel through Agoda on *th Oct.,** night at ** am for *th Oct.,** and in the morning *th Oct. at *a.m. I cancelled the said booking. Though I cancelled the booking within ** hrs of check-in, they forfeited entire amount of booking. Request you to help me in this case. I am doing regular follow up with Agoda team thru mail but they are not giving satisfactory answer.
