Travel Triangle - Booking Amount not refunded

I booked an international trip through Travel Triangle
( Divine Journey as the agent) and provided the booking amount of **,*** ( +*** convenience fee) after I was told that I would be getting the resort on the mentioned dates. After booking amount was given, they come back after a day saying the resort is not available-so they give us alternate days with a higher price of the package. We denied as we wanted specific dates and amount. It had to be cancelled and I asked them to refund the booking money, they said they will cancel ****/- per person ( so ****/-) and refund the remaining. The cancellation was not from oour end, was a mistake from the agent- I should be getting my entire amount back as because of this- we are not able to travel and our money is wasted. Kindly help in getting this resolved.
