SAASNA.COM - Booked mobile but not delivered due to no shipment

Dear sir ,
We have purchased a mobile in saasna.com site and paid **,***/-. After few days when I followed up I came to know that the company cancelled my order due to no shipment. I ask them to refund the money. They ask me to send all my bank details. I have send them. But till date I have not received my amount . I have asked for the status, there was no reply. Please help me out to get my money back.
