SAASNA.COM - Refund processed but not received

I would like to say the followings for your earliest action. As per the selling process of the above item from the above confirm I'd I paid Rs. **** on *.*.**** through a debit card but on contact, it is reported as the item is not available in stock and approved for a refund which will be reflected my account within * days although lapsed * days. I'm not getting the refund of the same. You are therefore requested to kindly take a positive step to get my refund at an earliest.
