Sowparnika - Booked Flat but didn't get either flat or double the deposit

*. I booked * flats under the offer stated in the attachment and paid **% of the deposit amount.
*. Now they don’t want to either give me flats with booking rate agreed (as per cost sheet). Nor they want to return the double the amount paid as a deposit.
*. I have tried resolving with various people in Sowparnika (as you may see in the below chain of emails) but it stands as it was.
