Dear Team,
Shameful response from Goibibo.
Its second time I faced the same problem from your side, when I was booked a room from Goibibo App and hotel denied to provide a room to me , strictly refused to provide a room to Goibibo customers due to this last whole night I was restless and goibibo customer care doesn't any help to me, it's very shameful. *-* times I was called to Goibibo customer service but all they my call on hold for **-** minutes. At last time when Goibibo doesn't any help to me than I arrange my another option for my friend Mr Atmaram.
Same response from the morning , *-* times again I call to customer care, still they are not doing help.
So I need my compensation amount Rs. ****/- plus my room rent.
If you are not giving my compensation amount and room rent, than I have all call recordings and Goibibo hotel booking snapshots. I will lodge a FIR against you and Goibibo.
So deposit my compensation amount plus room rent amount in my account as soon as possible otherwise I lodge a FIR.
