Sapnaonline - Book not delivered

I am trying to place an order for a book since ** January. They mention on the website that item gets dispatched in *-* working days. But It has been more than * working days and it is still not dispatched. Today (** Feb ) they called me to say the price of the book increased by **/- which I paid. This is happening for the *rd time they make me wait and call to ask for more money, I paid last time also but then again no shipment from their side in the next * days so I canceled the order. Sapna online is a fake company making fake claims. I did chat with their executive * days back and I was told my order has already been shipped by Delhivery courier ( Picture attached) but today got the call that it was not shipped and the price of the book is still the same as ***/- on the website as of ** Feb ****.
