I registered replacement complaint for * of my Boat earphones. I received the replacement package with only * earphone. The other one was missing. I contacted Boat support team, sent multiple mails on info@imaginemarketingindia,help@imaginemarketingindia but they are not responding on any of my mails.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
