Rajiv Yadav filed complaint against Indigo on Feb 13, 2022
My daughter Shivika Yadav who is a medical student and booked her return ticket from Delhi to Mangalore on ** Feb ** with PNR URFCGK. She was travelling alone and reported to the Indigo counter at **** AM and denied boarding pass citing reason that your ticket is booked in defence category hence boarding is not allowed prior to one hour of the scheduled departure of the flight. where as the passengers were allowed to board and issued with the boarding passes. I want to just clarify and claim the matter of mistrust by Indigo which causes loss of time , money and mental agony to my daughter who was travelling alone and was way to her college destination at Manipal. This is bad customer service , clarity and misbehavior of the Indigo staff. There was no proper redressal of the issues , no refund and cancellation of the ticket and no efforts by the airliner to accommodate her in subsequent flights. Ultimately she booked the train tatkal ticket which causes monetary burden as well as time to reach her destination. This was the horrible case of bad customer service from Indigo side.
