On *th of September I was having a flight from Delhi to Jammu. The departure time was ** AM and boarding time was *:** AM. I reached there at sharp * but they told me now boarding has been closed. It is totally pathetic and disgusting of them as they told you can't go in this flight now. They told me you can go in next flight but you need to give **** more amount. I was helpless as I had to reach the destination. Don't know how they can exploit a customer with such a manner. My pnr no is HW**FK
