Manju Groups - Blood sucking monsters

I had brought a land with Manju groups in avadi greenspots on ****, as my mother was took initiative and brought this land for *******, in this they had mentioned ****** for area improvement like constructing road, street light, electricity etc. after * years, till today no work has been done, no patta name transfer done, I called many people in Manju groups, Gm, managers, even big heads. I cried several days, sleepless nights after loosing **lak......today they called and asked *****/- for patta and they said no bill can be provided.
