Rakshit Upadhyay filed complaint against Shiprocket on Nov 15, 2021
They have blocked my account from past * weeks saying that * seller with the same vendor/supplier(as mine) has not paid his dues, so they blocked my account. And there customer executives are saying that they have verified that it is my account. I told them they can check the KYC details and call me personally to verify. But they won't do that and they always tell me whenever I call them(I call them everyday, though) that they will give the solution in ** to ** hours. But they never give a shit about any of there customers.
P.S- I have not created any other account except of mine, and I only have one account, which Shiprocket has blocked.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
