Recently I placed * order on meesho .I only return * item from meesho and * item cancelled from meesho delivery partner but meesho blocked my account now I am not able to access my account even I am not going to against policy but still meesho blocked my account .I call to the meesho customer care they said to me they aren't capable to help me regarding this situations and also they didn't tell me reason.I asked them multiple time but they didn't answer me.
I placed order those are prepaid I want to return one product and I choose meesho balance because in that account I can't add UPI id that's why .but now I can't placed any other order so how can I use my those meesho balance
