They blocked my account without even informing me. Even I can't complaint because if I am calling from my registered number, the helpline number is switched off. And if I am contacting them from another number then they are saying you have to call from your registered number then your problem will be solved.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
