Blinkit Refund Not Credited & False Stock Availability – Service Deficiency (Haldwani)
Complaint:
I am a resident of Haldwani, Uttarakhand and I am facing repeated problems with Blinkit regarding missing items, misleading stock display and delayed refunds.
On ** January ****, I placed an order (Order ID: **********) which included Drools Dog Food worth ₹***. The item was not delivered, and after delivery the app suddenly showed it as “out of stock”. Till date, the refund has not been credited.
Within ** minutes, my sister placed another order (Order ID: **********) from the same location on the same day and same time ( * minutes) and received the same product, which clearly proves false stock availability on Blinkit’s platform.
Further, on ** January ****, my brother placed another order (Order ID: **********) including refined oil. The delivery partner refused delivery citing “damaged product” while the app showed availability during ordering. Refund is still pending.
Additionally, another refund of ₹*** related to my brother’s order is also not credited. Even the bank confirmed that Blinkit must resolve this issue directly.
Due to repeated failures, we have suffered financial loss, inconvenience and mental harassment.
Relief Sought:
*. Immediate refund of ₹*** and ₹***
*. Explanation for misleading stock display
*. Compensation for inconvenience and harassment
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed legally under the Consumer Protection Act, ****
