I am writing to report an issue with my recent order. I ordered a lipstick from Blinkit as a gift for my friend, but when I opened the package, the product looked used. Because of this, I immediately requested a return and cancellation.
The delivery partner picked up the item within ** minutes, and the app showed that the refund would be initiated within *–* hours. However, it has already been several hours and I have still not received any refund or update.
I kindly request you to check my order and process the refund as soon as possible.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
