Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Post Paid Plans
The issue that I have experienced was: I use this no. since *-* yrs & pay the bill on time every month. This time when I couldn't pay the bill, I came to know by a CCE that they are charging approx rs *** for Amazon Prime service which I never avail. Without my knowledge they are charging an amount every month since a long time. Every month I pay my bill on time without checking the details. when I asked to that CCE that neither I requested for this service nor I used it. Then why should I pay for that. He told me that this service was free for first ** months & after that it is renewed. I never asked for this service & even I didn't know that I do hv this service in my number. Without my knowledge why did you add a service in my plan & now why are you charging for that? If I need any service I can request for that. Without my knowledge & requirement why are you adding a service to my plan. when I asked the CCE to reply me that without my permission why they are giving me any service & charging for that? Is this right? I asked him to reply in 'YES' or 'NO'. He couldn't reply to my ques & said that Ok bye sir your request has been processed. What does it mean? It means fraud is being done to me.

kindly check the issue & remove the Amazon Service & waive of the extra charges & adjust the amount which I have already paid every month for this service in the due billing amount.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
