My phone was dead from end Jan **** till April ****. I paid the bills after service resumed but there is no action on repeated complaints/letters provided in exchange office and visit to BSNL offices for rebate. I have registered grievance BSNL/HQ/****/EM-***** but the case closed without proper resolution.
