I'm an existing customer of netplus customer ID **********. I have done the payment for my bill on * Apr. **** but payment is still is showing as pending in the portal. I have contacted the customer. They said your payment is pending. I have sent the screenshot of the payment in the mail but every time I got the same response your payment will be updated shortly. But it's not updated. nodal officer and Appellate Authority are not responding to the issue. I have sent an email to billdispute@netplus.co.in and I received the error message as below from alert@netplus.co.in.

Sorry, the mailbox of billdispute@netplus.co.in has exceeded the limit.
Till now my issue is not resolved.
