Siti Broadband - Bill not received

I opted for siti broadband connection from my local cable operator and was promised that I would receive a bill for the amount that includes (installation+monthly bill) however it's been ** days and still no bill was sent to me. Now the provider clearly states that he will not provide any bill to me, the amount which i have paid through Gpay is the bill.
