Chintan Bhavsar filed complaint against Pay Tm on Nov 20, 2017
This is to inform you that I had made payment for torrent power electricity bill for service No.:- ****** through Paytm.com with Order ID ********* on dated **/**/****.
Amount of Rs. ***.* has been deducted from my Bank A/c. No.*************** Bank of India, Infocity Branch, with Ref. No.:- MEDR/PTM*PAYTM/******/, as per my Passbook entry on dated **/**/****.
But I got mail from Torrent Power that they did not received payment, mail mentioned below
[“Dear Mr. Bhavsar,
Thank you for your e-mail dated **-Nov-**** regarding online payment for service number ******.
We wish to inform that we have checked your concern and found that said transaction dated **-Nov-**** was unsuccessful & we did not receive your payment. Hence, we would request you to contact your bank for refund process.
