Suresh Rout filed complaint against Vodafone on Aug 16, 2017
Hi,
I useing Vodafone postpaid(**********) from * year. Every month I got some extra amount in my bill including with my plan amount. In June **** I got rs.**** bill amount, so I talk to customer care to port the sim postpaid to prepaid, he said after clearance I can port the sim. So after some days I got a call from Vodafone collection department (Ajay-****** *****) about my bill payment, he said if I pay **% of bill then else amount he will give me discount. So I paid immediately rs**** at * June but till now my amount is not clear and my no is suspended. I called that person ** times but always I gets one answer it will clear. But now days I get many calls from Vodafone to pay the bill and they refuse to give me that discount.And my no is suspended but my bill amount is add every month.
So please help me, please clear my discount and I want to port the. Vodafone is the worst and cheated company every I see.
