Revolt Intellicorp Private Limited - bike not delivered

I have booked Revolt RV*** electric bike on Jul **th , **** by paying **** as booking amount. It was assured to
me that I will get the bike between October – November ****. But till now I haven’t the bike. finally in june , i recived a call from showroom ( after i have sent them a notice) and they told me bikes are arrived pay the remaining amount so i have paid them and they have temporary registered a black color bike while i booked for rebel red color. and when i contacted the sales person who spoke with me he told me he will talk with the owner and get back to me since then he stopped responding to me. when i contacted company they told me they will contact me but they never did.
