Justdial.com - Big cheat and fraud

Justdial company is a complete fraud company. They made false promises to me when opening my account and did not even tell me that they are taking * months payment as security. They also promised me to include all my categories in my profile. I also received an email that I will receive a mobile app. When all their promises proved to be wrong, I asked them to refund my money. They are not refunding my money even after so many calls and emails. My service was never started and I have not taken any service from them. Their executive even tried to start my service by deceiving me and trying to take my GST certificate by saying that it was for addition of categories. I have never seen such a fraud company. I am calling their customer support and their executives in contact with me and also sending emails to them but they are not refunding my money. They are causing so much mental agony and time wastage to me.
