I ordered a pair of shoes during the Big Billion Sale for Rs. *** on September **, ****, with an expected delivery date of October **, ****. The original price of the product is Rs. *,***. However, my order was canceled on October **, ****, without a proper explanation, citing a technical error.
I have spoken with customer service representatives Mr. Prathap and Mr. Sanjay, but they were unable to resolve my issue, only stating that this should not happen with future orders. Unfortunately, this is the sixth time I have faced such an issue.
