Pvr Cinema - Biased booking opens

Pvr cinemas is fraud in opening budget tickets. They never open it until the end minute. So why the fuck have it when you only want normal tickets to be sold? Bookings open means literally all the tickets should be open for booking. Even if I go and book any movie now which is ready for Friday or thur release. I am able to book normal ticket now but budget tickets never get opened until just few hours before the fucking show. Why the hell then have it? They show as if its sold. But no. Tats the loophole they have. They block it from their end so that budgets aren't booked first because that's lesser price right. Fucking assholes.
