Parimatch in - Bets Cancelled without knowing me

I made three bets and all the three bets I won, but after match finished Parimatch.in refund my amount which I placed on bet without including winning amount.while talking to there customer care they respond it’s a technical fault.
That was not first time *-* bets which I won they settle it as a loss then I share the screenshot with them then they refund it back which means it’s a fake and scam.
