Berger Paints India Limited - Berger Paints Defects in shades

I opted for Berger Paints Silk Glamor products for my new flat and had a terrible experience

Most of the shades shown on their website appeared differently when they were applied on our walls and ceilings. (https://www.bergerpaints.com/utility-tools/virtual-colour-painter)

The mismatch of color has ruined the entire look of my home. All the money and effort I have put for pre - painting work like designing, Putty, Primer and Paint Labor is now wasted.

Their executives said that paint colors which are available on sale on the website will vary in real life (however they didnt give me any written note of this when I asked). That is a clear case of misleading customers and selling products which are NOT AS SHOWN.

I have faced a financial loss of Rs.***** (paint labour) + Rs. ***** (paints and materials) because of this. PFA bills and proof that there is a huge difference in color shades.

I request Berger Paints to take this matter seriously as I have spent a lot of my life's income towards the flat and the incorrect colors have made the interiors look disgusting. Because of this error from Berger Paints, I am suffering from a lot of mental agony as my hard earned money and efforts are wasted.

I also request them to compensate me for the financial loss and arrange for an immediate re-painting at their own costs.
