कल मैंने *** पैक के साथ रिचार्ज किया जो ** दिनों की वैधता और प्रति दिन *.* जीबी डेटा के साथ आता है, लेकिन एयरटेल थैंक्स ऐप में यह ** दिनों की वैधता और प्रति दिन * जीबी डेटा दिखा रहा है।
जब मैंने एयरटेल कॉस्ट्यूमर केयर से इसकी शिकायत की तो उन्होंने कहा कि हम इसे *-* घंटे के भीतर ठीक कर देंगे, लेकिन इसके बाद हल नहीं हुआ, मैंने फिर से कॉल किया तो वे कह रहे हैं कि हम इसे * दिनों के भीतर ठीक कर देंगे।
लेकिन इस स्थिति में मुझे प्रतिदिन *** एमबी डेटा की हानि होगी और मेरी डेटा सीमा *.* जीबी प्राप्त करने के बजाय * जीबी डेटा के साथ कैप की गई है।
