I disconnected two internet services with Hathaway *-* months back and had returned their modems, as per the company rules. I get contacted every day by the company at least *-* times. I have blocked their number and they keep contacting me from different numbers. I have told them multiple times to put me in the DND list, yet they keep ignoring this and I am being harassed on a daily basis.
I have warned them multiple times of going to consumer forum and their employees bluntly tell me and go ahead and raise the complaint.
Please take urgent action. One of the account number is **********. I also being sent text messages on a daily basis.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
