I had placed an order through Swiggy with order number *********** the application showed that the delivery executive has reached my location so I tried calling him for getting the ordered delivered but he never picked up the call and later cancelled my order. I contacted Switty Customer Support over chat service regarding the same and they mentioned that I was not reachable over call msg and email even Swiggy back-end team tried calling but all this is a mere false information no calls ever received from a anyone. Now when I am placing a new order I am being charged cancellation fees even though it's not my fault. Now Swiggy is giving me a coupon of **% value but not waiving off the cancellation charges. I want a full waiver of the cancellation fees being levied on me.
