Given below is a complaint mail sent by me, Bharti to Indigo on *th March @ *:**pm and till now I have not received any call or mail explaining the misdemeanor of the Inflight Cabin Crew that I have highlighted apart from a redundant auto-generated email - Dear IndiGo Customer,
We thank you for sharing the additional details. Our representative will get this investigated and get back to you within next ** Hours.

IRONICALLY Indigo's ** hours are still not there yet!!! Hence leaving me without any option but to bring to your kind notice and publicly here on this platform in anticipation of some action. And please note, this is not about monetary loss but the mental trauma my **yrs daughter and I had to bear courtesy the indecency, inhumane, insensitive misbehavior by Inflight Cabin Staff on board flight *E **** on *th March'** from Bengaluru to New Delhi @ *:**am and made I child literally plead and starve for the meal that we had already paid in advance during flight booking.
I look forward to your unbiased view while looking into this matter and resolution.

I am not sure if this is the right platform to share feedback as I have been waiting desperately for a day now, that you would proactively ask the passenger on flight experience by sharing a feedback link as it is conventionally done, since nothing came up from Indigo, hence I am compelled to share this and look forward to a reply plus an action on the misconduct, outrageous and discourteous behavior/attitude of flight attendants - Nupura, Sneha and third lady whose name I don't recollect.
I was traveling with my **yr daughter, Raizel on your flight number *E **** from Bangaluru to Delhi on *th March, **** @ *:**am from Kempagowda Airport. Both of us had the seats *A & *B respectively booked.
Couple of minutes after take off, the pilot announced of turbulence and bad weather, though the food had started to be served by the female flight attendants and they were almost done serving till seat *C when the service had be halted in lieu of bad weather.
After waiting for the weather to be normal, I asked for flight attendants' assistance by pushing the button above the seats:
- flight attedant only bothered to come and check after a period of ** Minutes (not sure if she was Nupura, Sneha or another lady with a name like Ceo...)
- Upon which I requested if she could bring meal for my daughter as the latter was hungry and had not eaten anything since the time we got up @ *am to be on board, the flight attendant replied, she would serve once the weather was normal
- When the weather did get back to normal, they resumed food services in the most erratic order - there was a female attendant out of the * names given above who AGAIN started catering to passengers in *A,B,C thougn they had been served food before the turbulence and she took forever to move on to passengers beyond seats *A maybe they are expected to serve in that area
- But what was even more annoying and disgustingly appauling was the lady serving food in row *. Once she was done serving the entire row in * and moved to serve passengers in seat *C (next to mine - *B), *D, *E, *F and moved to row * and onwards, she Deliberately did NOT serve food to passengers in *A and *B which apparently were my **yr daughter and me
- Knowing well I had requested and that same flight attendant had assured that she would bring my daughter her meal which was already pre-booked during flight booking, after the weather was normal, she made my young daughter literally starve that morning!!! Indeed that flight attendant - Sneha, Nupura, or the third one are THE WORST of their Kinds flight stewardess that I ever came acrossn in my life who has travelled international flights like Lufthansa, Etihad, Thai Airways, British Airlines, Air India & domestic ones - AirAsia, Jet Airways, goAir, SpiceJet, Indigo, etc,.
-After pateintly waiting for that lady to come back and serve us, I called out again for assistance by pushing that same button and she took almost * mins to address though she was just ahead in the front row!!!!
- Told her again pleadingly if I can get food for my daughter, to which that same insensitive, cold, ruthless, RUDE lady said l, "we will be serving once the weather is normal" What the hell was that ? Why was she serving the rest of passengers even one sitting next to me on *C? Was not the weather normal, that is why they resume food services? For passengers who were sleeping, these flights attendants were constantly calling them 'sir/mam what would like to have' by waking them, then why did she not Serve Us food??????????
- DO Indigo female attendants have personal bias towards passengers? Are attendants like these asked to give preference/given a free-hand to few passengers and ignore per their own opinion by judging others by looks who should they give more attention or not? Have they lost all humanity and forgotten that a child who turned **yrs few days back is Only a child and the basic thing my daughter was asking is food !!!! Do these flight attendants get paid extra under the table for serving food to passengers in *A,B,C whom they had already served before the turbulence?
- I literally had to plead couple of times for my daughter's meal that day on flight, why?????????? Damned!!!!
- It all did not end here, when we had to use the lavatory - a female attendant at the back side of airbus next to the lavatory, almost rudely asked all * of us - my daughter, me and two other ladies waiting to use the washroom - 'Don't stand here and go back to your seats!!!'
Is that female attendant insane? Does she think we are standing in a park for leisure? Has she lost it and I told her specifically that one of her peers was serving food in the front rows of seats *A and onwards and had blocked the way to front lavatory, as result we could not go there and our seats were next to the window, hence it causes inconvenience asking other passenger to get up and make way for us to step out of the row for washroom. Then only could she understand and almost shrugged her shoulders and allowed us to use the staff lavatory!!!
- Even when my daughter was done eating her meal since we seemed to be served last in those rows, I asked for assistance from the flight attendant by pushing the button above the seat, to collect the litter cause while we were waiting for our turn to use the lavatory, the pilot had announced that we were about to reach the destination. Even this time your flight attendants - Nupura, Sneha & that third lady out of the three, one came to collect the waste almost waiting for **-**mins!!!!
- I want to know the reason of their behavior/attitudes?
- for once I could spare them if it was only about me, but what these horrible flight attendants did to my daughter, as a Mother - it is completely inexcusuble nor acceptable!!!
- Does not Indigo train their flight attendants on Soft Skills and Customer Handling Skills?
- Let me know, for females/staff like these I will train them and put their brains back in place!!!
- if Indigo is crunch on paying their flight attendants, you might as well reduce the number of flights, but spare passengers like me who are treated unfairly with utmost disrespect and taken for granted by looks or dressing style!!!
- I need an explanation and I will wait, otherwise I will take this to the next level by sharing all this on All social media platforms - FB, Insta, Twitter, etc,. and news channels and ensure this reaches everyone across India and offshore, so that NO passenger ever boards a single flight of Indigo and there is a total boycottt of Indigo female flight attendants, if I don't get any reply from Indigo in addition to social expose, I will also file a law suit in Consumer Court for the mental trauma and making an **yr old child starve
