The Bean bag height is not ** inch and after sitting it is becoming less than ** inch (* feet). This is too small and not even comfortable for my ** year old son.
More over the color is not similar as displayed on the site.
I have given all the proofs. Inspite of that the customer care not resolving the issue (even after multiple follow ups).
Request your support for resolution. I also requested to replace with bigger one and ready to pay if there is any price difference.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
