Dear sir, I bought praise pro scooter from green bikes electric showroom in Chennai on December-****. I faced three times charger problem, mcb switch problem during these problems I was unable to use my scooter around two month, few months back I got battery problem and I have handed over my scooter to the green bikes electric showroom on **/**/**** and they have checked my battery and they have packed it sent to the company for the service on **/**/****, but till now nobody responded for my problem till now. I am waiting for more than one month to be the problem solve but no positive response from your side as well as showroom side. Please solve my battery problem. here I have attached the copy of the courier receipt for your concern.
