Please note that I purchased a Firebolt Rock model on **.**.**** through Myntra website. Initially I got a minimum * days battery back once I charged the battery full.
But in the last couple of Months I noticed that the watch battery back up drastically fell and got a maximum **-** hour back up.
I Complained about customer care several times but they are trying to convince me that it is my operational fault.
Please look into the matter otherwise I have to throw the watch in the garbage.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
