Fire bolt smart watch - Dead product received

I purchase my product fire bolt Royale smart watch on **th nov, **** till today i isn't received working product from fire bolt, i have received * replacement after * month but its also received dead i visit your service center near me i submit watch he checked & give me receipt and tell your replacement is done within some days product ill be handover to you & i got a mail also from you in which you mansion your product ill be handover to you within *-** days but now after ** days i just reminder on mail but no replay from you, i contact service center they are also not giving any reply of my calls & messages VERY POOR SERVICE FROM FIRE BOLT , pls look into the issue and get back my product on priority.
