Abhay Singh filed complaint against Home Credit India on Jun 4, 2020
My Name is Abhay Singh and work in Chandigarh my family lives in Ghaziabad(UP) actually my dad took a personal loan without our confidence and all of Rs. ****** he is not educate also cannot write hindi or understand , so one of this Home Credit agent cajole and agreed for taking loan and this time he said you have to pay only ***** interest of total loan. Now after ** months we know about the loan when my father suffering this problem and were going for suicide and all because he is feeling so regretting about his decision also my family condition is very bad even I am not living my family. My Father already paid around * lakh but they call me to my dad and used abused language for paying, don't know what should i do for this.
