Punjab National Bank - Bank is not re issuing my cheque

In the year **** , I Mr. Bharatlal Rathore s/o Gokul chand rathore purchased a maturity scheme policy from swarnbhumi forest india Ltd. and got a cheque of Rs.***** in the year ****.But due to some personal reasons i did not cashed it in the tenure .and later in the year **** ; when i visited to bank they told me that it is a stale and it can be cashed . They did not re - issued the cheque and now when i revisited the bank they told me that they are unable in re -issuing these because they only have the data since **** in their computers they gave me a suggestion that i can take my new cheque from the swarnbhumi forest india company but now the company had closed the bussiness ; so its not our mistake . so i want my amount with my compensation of ** years late funding ( approx ** crores ) from punjab national bank.
