Hi Team,
I see an outstanding payment of Rs ****. ** on the card, however when I checked all the previous transactions. The bank have charged excess intrest. I request a refund.
On **/*****, I made * transaction of Rs *****.** out of which one transaction was reverted by the vendor. This transaction was converted into EMI of Rs ****.** for ** months.
Ideally only one amount of Rs ****.** should be deducted, however I see there have been paying ****.** x * = ****.** for the last ** months.
The bank is charging me interest on the amount that was reverted in to the account which is approximately Rs ***.** and IGST @**% for an amount Rs **.** every month.
The bank needs to refund all the interest charged on all my extra EMI paid till date.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
