Battlegrounds Mobile India - Ban of my game account for no reason

My game account has been banned for no reason, first they band me for ** min but when I tried tech support in game the bot replys us unnessury answers if ask for human support chat gets closed
I tried to reach them through the office website support try give only floating notification that they received but won't send any confirmation, and they won't even reply us anytime
I request them to
*)unban my account
or
*)provide me the amount I spent on the baned account
Or else
*) provide me the proof my my account was baned
If same happens with big YouTubers and there battleground mobile India partner players they unban there account, there r lot of example for it
Please help with this
