Battlegrounds Mobile India - Account got banned due to error

On the day, bgmi got removed from the appstore. My game was on download and as soon as i installed the game, it banned my very expensive account for ** years. Normally bgmi unbans account of famous youtubers but that does not mean that us players do not get any customer support. They have these fixed answers customer replies and do not tend to listen/understand.
