Vodafone company deducted balance from my number ********** of RS **/- two times .I have not subscribed any paid service from Vodafone.After calling at customer care, initially they told that we can't refund your balance,after insisting representative requested to wait on call meanwhile he transferred call to sr.person.I have waited for about ** minutes.. Kindly assist against this bluff.
