Make My Trip - Balance airfare refund not being given

I had purchased Ethiopian Airlines tickets through Make My Trip during January ****, for trip to Nairobi in August ****. Ticket value paid to MMT was Rs. *****.**.
Now, due to Covid pandemic, the flight was cancelled. I had followed up with Make My Trip several times for refund, though they had not taken any positive step to get the refund. On my repeated request, they informed us during January **** that they had raised Refund Application to Ethiopian Airlines.
Then I had waited for *-* months in good faith, and then contacted Ethiopian Airlines directly. To my surprise, Ethiopian Airlines had informed me that Refund Application raised by MMT was faulty, and hence rejected. It is to be noted here that I had sent Ethiopian Airlines Circular also to MMT in order to raise the correct RA, which they had ignored.
Since then, I had been following up with Ethiopian Airlines directly, and on my request, Ethiopian Airlines had refunded total Rs. *****.** to MMT / It's Agent. I have confirmed email from Ethiopian Airlines regarding that total value of money refunded by them in stages.
But, Make My Trip has only refunded me Rs. *****.** on *th July'**. They are not even confirming the date by which they are going to refund the balance, and also, is not confirming about the value of refund amount. Surprisingly, MMT has deducted Convenience Fee and Cancellation Fee from the refunded amount given by Ethiopian Airlines, which is totally unjustified. Convenience Fee had already been taken by MMT during purchase of ticket, and cancellation fee is not applicable as it is full refund, and not cancellation.
So, the balance amount I should get as refund from MMT is Rs. *****.**.
