Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Beauty & Personal Care
The issue that I have experienced was: My wife is going to VLCC Noida Sector **. The sales representative did a bait and switch with us. We gave her **,*** rupees for services for one year for weight loss. She now changed the deal after we paid and was rude to us. She now says that the service is for ** days. After we gave money. This is highly unethical. We are visitors from the United States and are surprised by these unethical dealings. The money is very little to me but it has to do about doing the right thing. The lady promised us one year of service for the price but lied to us. We then asked for a refund but she flat out refused.

Give us one year based on the original terms or refund our money. There are so many health companies that we can go to but we went and trusted your company. We are very surprised that this has happened to us based on your solid reputation in the industry.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
