Vistara Airlines - Baggage Lost
Arpan Bhatnagar filed complaint against Vistara Airlines on Aug 16, 2021
I travelled by flight from Udaipur to Pune Via New Delhi on Monday *nd Aug., ****.
We lost our cabin baggage in New Delhi from flight. We notified the cabin crew & Ground Staff immediately. We also complained to Vistara baggage service, New Delhi. By intentionally or by mistake our baggage exchange with other similar baggage which is handed over airlines baggage department.
From Last * weeks I have not gotten any feedback about my baggage. Every time, There is a new person who does not know about scenario.
Please look into the matter & revert ASAP.
