Hiral Vakharia filed complaint against Make My Trip on Apr 28, 2019
I had an intercity flight booked in Malaysia through MakeMyTrip. I had a checked baggage allowance of **kg and cabin baggage of *kg. But in the make my trip it was showing as zero baggage allowance. I came to know this when I was about to check-in for the flight and the airlines declined to check-in my baggage. I immediately had to buy a new ticket with baggage allowance to avoid missing my flight. I had called make my trip customer care that time and they informed that this is a discrepancy in their system and they asked me to buy a ticket for time being which they will reimburse within ** hours. It had been one week to the incident now and I had already shared the invoice image of the new ticket with MakeMyTrip a week back. But now they have been delaying the process saying that they need some different invoice copy, which makes no sense at all. They are not accepting the error in their system which is so obvious and was already discussed and accepted by their executive before I purchased a new ticket.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
