Flight Leh to Delhi( **Th June ) : *E**** PNR: T***WQ
Without any communication Indigo have not loaded our luggage on flight, then they share false information that we can collect bags from belt * then belt * and finally they admitted that they were lying all the time.
Finally after three days, we have received our * bags. I will request kindly go through attached photos and videos to ynderstand condition of one bag completely damaged. Now please check the bag's condition one side is completely broken and it's beyond repair, who is responsible for our loss and how to recover it as Indigo is not atall responding our emails ,calls messages. Please help and guide.
