I have purchased a velvet bag from a store of baggit. It's colour is faded away and it has a warranty period of * year . When I give my bag to store to clean the bag and it passed two months after that, now they are saying the bag is returned to them by company in same condition and you can take you bag. If the company has no resolution then I want my money back or replacement of the bag
