Hi,
I had purchased a Baggit handbag from Lifestye store a couple of days back and while purchasing the lady n handbag section had told me that it is possible to change the purse within a moth in case any issue.
Sorry to say that the quality of purse is totally not good and this is not expected from brand called Baggit and so I approached the lifestyle hepdesk for changing the colour .
however the tore manager did not entertain my request and told me that exchange is not possible.
This is really shocking as I am a regular customer at Lifestyle store and this attitude has left me wondering that that they just want to sell the products without caring for their customer feedbacks and service.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
