Kolte Patil Developers - bad waterproofing work by builder

kolte patil built Green Olive apartments and sold personal terrace by charging **% extra but they did not prove the terrace because of which the flat is damaged and destroyed and the waterproofing cost alone is * lakh rupees in the repairs to the house is ***** rupees and they should be compensated by the builder because of the study work done in the building
